What is this medicine used for?
- Strengthens, tones and visibly improves the appearance of delicate gums and mucous membranes.
- Moisturizes in depth and gives elasticity to the oral mucosa, providing an immediate sensation of comfort.
- It favors the reduction of dental biofilm.
- For your oral hygiene needs, in the case of pericoronitis or localized periodontitis, implants, post extraction or post- surgery.
How much and how often should you use this medicine?
- Apply the gel two or three times a day with a soft brush or cotton bud, massaging it into the gums.
- You can also apply the gel with your finger on the affected area, if the state of the gums allows it.
- Apply for 1-2 weeks, or as recommended by the dentist.
Contraindications
- It is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity reaction to chlorhexidine.
- After prolonged use and contact with certain foods or beverages, such as wine, coffee or also tobacco, discoloration of teeth and fillings may occur.
- This coloring is not permanent and can be removed with appropriate dental cleaning by your hygienist/dentist.
